How to make tea from olive leaves

  1. Wash the leaves to make sure they don't contain any toxic products and then let them dry well.
  2. Pour into a saucepan 2 liters of water and, before the water comes to a boil, add 3 olive leaves.

  4. Once the time has elapsed, strain the mixture and drink the infusion when it is cold.
  5. You can take between 1 and 3 cups daily for 2 weeks in a row, then rest for at least 1 week before taking it again. It is advisable that you follow your doctor's instructions for drinking this tea depending on the condition you are looking to treat.
