How to make cumin infusion for gases

Thanks to the properties that we have explained above, cumin is a natural remedy both to reduce and prevent flatulence and, in addition, the best way to take cumin to relieve gas is to make an infusion. Next, we explain how to prepare an infusion of cumin to treat gas and flatulence and thus stop suffering from these discomforts.

Ingredients

  • 2 grams cumin seeds
  • 1 cup mineral water

Preparation and treatment

  1. Add a glass of mineral water in a saucepan and put it on the heat to warm up.
  2. When it starts to boil, add two grams of cumin seeds and let them cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
  3. Then turn off the heat and let the seeds rest in the water for 5 more minutes to finish infusing.
  4. Finally, strain the contents to remove the seeds and take the infusion after the main meal.

Dissolve 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds in a bowl full of boiled water for 1 hour and then add about 5-6 drops to the mixture.
